There was an error made with the ceremony music. I requested a specific song and artist, and the one played was definitely not it. I take complete responsibility however because I didnt follow up with Tim to make sure he found the correct song. Maybe in the future it would be helpful if a sample of the song selected could be sent to the bride/groom prior to the event to double check? Additional comments or suggestions? Tim was wonderful throughout the planning process. He answered my questions both by phone and email promptly. The online planning format was easy to use.
