CLASS REUNIONS
Music Inc offers a great package for class reunions. We keep our prices low while offering all the extras that make your night special. We can
easily feature music from your years in high school. Your d.j. will follow your schedule and keep the evening flowing smoothly. During the dance
we make sure that everyone enjoys him/herself. Our music catalog is current and expansive. For those that don't like to dance, we also host
games which can be for prizes from your sponsors. If you would like, we would organize contests like, "Who moved the farthest?", "Who has the
most children?", to trivia questions about your years in high school, to physical contests like the limbo or "dance like you did in high school", etc.
In addition to the games, we also offer a custom-made handout to use to start conversations. The front has a list of popular songs from your
Senior year. On the back is a high school "Do you remember..." list. This gives your classmates something to talk about and can be a
spring-board to reliving lots of fond memories. We entertain at a lot of class reunions and know how important it is to make the guests feel
welcome and entertained. We understand that sometimes, when a group has not seen each other in several years, they might just want to sit
and talk. We won't force your group to get up and dance if you don't want us to. Here are some general ideas for your class reunion:
Require your classmates to pay in advance. That is very important. The caterer will still charge you whether the people actually show up or not.
Contact classmates beforehand to find out if they work for a company that would donate prizes to the reunion committee. Since you can have
prizes that range from door prizes to game to grand prizes, specify that the gift does not have to be expensive. Music Inc makes $25 gift
certificates available to class reunions that we work. A free contest prize could be free entry in any 50/50 raffle or drawing. You should provide
name tags for everyone. Guests of the alumni should be a different color or as a really nice touch, you could include each alumnus' senior
picture on their own name tag. Prepare a booklet including each alumnus' address, email address, phone number, marriage status, job,
activities, etc. Be sure to tell everyone when asking for this information that you will be distributing it to the class. In the back of the booklet, be
sure to thank those individuals and companies that donated time, money, or gifts to make the night a success.
